Larry Bogue is seeking election as a municipal councillor in Hawkesbury and his vision of the downtown core will ensure that Hawkesbury attracts merchants, shoppers and tourists alike. His work with the BIA (Business Improvement Association) has improved Hawkesbury for all of us.
Bogue’s wish is to work with a new council that embraces Main Street with recommendations from the study he participated in called ”Fondation Rue Principale”.
Bogue says he is a simple man with a keen sense of what Hawkesbury needs. He says his decisions have enabled Hawkesbury to progress with the continuing improvement of the downtown core. He takes a great deal of pride in his ability to make things better for everyone with his business experience and his genuine desire to make Hawkesbury a better place in which to live and work.
He says he will bring the following assets to Hawkesbury Council: good, solid experience with issues in Hawkesbury; constructive, positive meetings with all partners; strategic planning; communicating the vision of downtown core; meetings with residents; working with merchants of downtown for by-laws and town regulations mediation and working together on tourism projects.
Bogue says he will be an important part of the technology that Hawkesbury desperately needs and will work beside those who usher these services into Hawkesbury.
“I will work hard as a councillor to make Hawkesbury proud,” says Bogue.
