Olivier Chouinard was last seen on l’Annonciation Nord at Riviere Rouge yesterday at about 2 p.m., walking on foot in the company of another man. There is reason to fear for his safety.
Chouinard is five foot, 8 inches tall, weighs about 175 pounds, has brown eyes, a shaved head, and has a recognizable way of walking and mannerisms which make him stand out. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a jacket, a black V-neck and running shoes.
