Decoding the body allows the body to heal itself

Elaine Sosnkowski, a certified Body Code practitioner, explains how the body has the capacity to heal itself — this presentation is part of the 2018 Speaker Series, Saturday, April 7 at Arbor Gallery at 7:30 p.m

The Body Code is a form of energy work that allows identification and release of imbalances throughout the physical body, thereby creating conditions for the body to heal itself.

“The more work I do with this practice,” says Sosnkowski, “the more I am in awe of the power of this approach.”

“This will be our last presentation of the season,” says Samme Putzel, Coordinator of the Speaker Series. “All the talks have been interesting. This one will especially appeal to those who are interested in health and wellness.”

The presentation will take place as part of a series entitled “Interactive Talks with Interesting People”. Arbor Gallery is situated at 36 Home Avenue, Vankleek Hill, Admission is $10 per person and includes refreshments provided by Kottage Kueche. For information, call: 613-678-5086.

While you are here, we have a small ask.

More people are reading The Review than ever before — across our many platforms. So far, we have not put up a paywall to limit the stories you can read. We want to keep you in the news loop. But advertising revenues are increasingly going to the big two: you know who they are. If you value The Review’s independent, local community journalism, or you value the many ways we support dozens of community organizations in their endeavours, consider supporting our work. It takes time, effort and professional smarts to stay on top of community news and present well-researched, objective news articles on issues which matter to you.

If you read stories on this website, or you have come here from an Instant Article post on Facebook, think about subscribing. It would be a vote of confidence for the work that we do, and for the future well-being of your community.
