Living with food allergies can be challenging and discouraging; however, making healthy food choices can be fun and creative. Sharing ideas and recipes will be the topic for discussion at the Arbor Gallery 2018 Speaker Series Saturday, March 30,2018, at 7:30 p.m.
Stephanie Deguire, of Alexandria, will lead the discussion. She has celiac disease and knows the difficulties of adjusting to a gluten free diet.
“ We want to share ideas and recipes in an informal discussion about healthy food choices,” says Samme Putzel, producer of the Speaker Series.
The presentation will take place as part of a series entitled “Interactive Talks with Interesting People”. Arbor Gallery is situated at 36 Home Avenue, Vankleek Hill, Admission is $10 per person and includes refreshments provided by Kottage Kuche. For information, call: 613-678-5086.
