Valoris will receive $506,300 during a 36-month period for its Positive Parenting Program.
On Friday, March 23 at 1:30 pm, Glengarry-Prescott-Russell MPP Grant Crack will be at Valoris in Rockland as part of a press conference which will focus on the launch of the Triple P expansion project, made possible by an Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) grant.
The program is a proven model which will expand the delivery of the internationally-renowned and evidence-based Positive Parenting Program to support children/youths facing barriers. Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative will help parents, caregivers and adult allies have the skills to support children and youth who are facing barriers, and has an impact on the lives of 800 people in the community.
MPP Grant Grack and Jacques Héroux of the OTF will officially present Valoris with a plaque to recognize the work that has gone into getting this Grow Grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation last November.
Valoris is located at 860 Caron Street in Rockland.
