Alliance of Citizens is a group of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge (GSLR) residents which is presenting its candidature for the upcoming 2017 elections. The group claims to want to give the town hall back to its citizens, improve aqueduct, road networks and road plan, and will offer consistent bilingual written and verbal communication, simplify bylaws and regulations and beautify the municipality.

The group is inviting GSLR residents to a corn roast that will be held on Sunday, September 17 at 71 Route 344 (Maple Street) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants will be given the opportunity to voice their concerns and share their ideas with the members of the Alliance of Citizens. Members of Alliance of Citizens who are running for office are Ron Moran, Marc A. Le Gris, Manon Jutras, Denis Fillion, Natalia Czarnecka and Tom Arnold, who is running for mayor.

Grenville-sur-la-Rouge municipal elections will take place on November 5, 2017 and residents will be able to vote in advance on October 29, 2017.
