Back to school time is just around the corner and The Review is here to remind you about the first day of school for each of the four school boards in our area.

The Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB) and the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario (CDSBEO) are both starting on September 5, right after Labour Day.

The Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l’Est ontarien (CSDCEO) and the Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO) will be starting a bit earlier than their counterparts. Their first day of school is on August 29.

In Quebec, the first day of school is August 31 for the Wilfrid Laurier School Board, with the exception of Arundel Elementary School and Sainte-Agathe Academy, where students begin classes on August 30.

August 31 is the first day of school for students within the Commission scolaire du Rivière du Nord.
