Looking for a new fitness challenge this spring? The Hawkesbury Runners will be hosting a free clinic on March 30, to encourage people over 60 to start running. It will be a bilingual event; the speaker is Francine Villeneuve, a veteran runner over 60. The session will cover everything from preparing for your first run to cooling down afterwards, and will be held at Le Chenail Cultural Centre in Hawkesbury between 7 and 9 p.m.
