This past Sunday, Santa met with children in Vankleek Hill over breakfast at the community centre. The annual event always attracts a crowd of local families. A full breakfast was served by Evelyn Bernique and volunteers. Santa’s elves made an appearance, with a gift for each child. All proceeds from the event go to Champlain Minor Sports, which helps families who may not be able to afford registration costs.
