To The Editor,
I just wrote a letter to Champlain Township thanking them for sponsoring the wonderful fountain beside the post office in Vankleek Hill for the summer. Every time I passed by it made me smile. All summer long I stopped to talk to other people who were also admiring the fountain. Most of them turned out to be tourists passing through, and everyone thought that the fountain was a beautiful addition to the town. Many people hoped someone would donate a couple of benches to put beside the fountain.
Again, thank you Champlain Township – it was a great idea much appreciated by many people.
