The Vankleek Hill Country Christmas Party takes place on Saturday, November 26 at the Vankleek Hill fairgrounds. The event, organized by the Vankleek Hill Agricultural Society and the Prescott County Holstein Club, is a fundraiser for the PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) Foundation. The event begins with cocktails at 6:30 p.m., followed by a turkey dinner with all the trimmings at 7:30 p.m. Music will be provided by musician Norm Campeau. Donations of non-perishable food items will be appreciated and a fundraising auction will also take place for the PKD Foundation. (Note that The Review offices are open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, but on Wednesday, the offices are open until 8 p.m.)
