Vankleek Hill Cookbook Project – last call !!

It is not too late to send in your favourite family recipe!  Take part in the 2017 celebration cookbook to mark Canada’s 150th anniversary, and the 220th anniversary of the founding of Vankleek Hill.  This project by the Vankleek Hill & District Historical Society is open to everyone who has a love for Vankleek Hill, and the surrounding communities.

There is a final deadline of Wednesday September 28 so the book can get to the publisher on time.  You can call Mary Fraser 613-525-3167, or Naomi Mahon 613-678-2127, or Michelle Landriault 613-678-2074. Or, drop off at the Champlain Library, 93 Main Street East, Vankleek Hill. Everything will be looked after and returned.

There is nothing difficult to do: give us a call! The recipes will celebrate lasting family memories. What better way to mark a birthday!
