Maxville Manor is hoping to engage the community for support as it embarks upon its $65 million, four-phase redevelopment project.

The not-for-profit, community-administrated long-term care facility recently announced the multi-phase, three-year redevelopment as a way of meeting the evolving needs of an aging population in Maxville and the surrounding areas.  To fulfill the vision and meet the crucial need for long-term care, the manor is seeking community support to raise $7.5 million towards the redevelopment project.

Two fundraising events are coming up to involve the community and support Maxville Manor.

On Saturday, June 8, 2024, the first official fundraiser is a euchre tournament taking place at Maxville Manor. Doors open at 12:15 PM, with a $25 fee at the door. Please register in advance by contacting [email protected] or calling 613.527.2170 ext. 247. Games begin at 1pm, and refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome!

The Redevelopment Showcase & Campaign Launch event takes place on Monday, June 24 at7:00 pm at Maxville Manor. It will include a presentation on Maxville Manor’s redevelopment plans, the details, and project plan. Attendees will be able to see illustrations of the planned, completed project, ask questions, and celebrate the official launch of the “TOGETHER, We Build | We Grow | We Care” fundraising campaign.
