Vankleek Hill Cougars Annual General Meeting

VANKLEEK HILL COUGARS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Vankleek Hill Cougars will be happy to welcome everyone to its Annual General Meeting. The meeting is taking place at Le Vieux Chateau (Hawkesbury), on May 2nd at 7:00pm. The agenda will be as follows:
• Review of the 2018-2019 financial status
• Summary of the great season that the Cougars just finished
• Election of the new executive

Several positions will need to be filled including the positions of President and directors. If you care about the long term survival of your community Junior hockey team and you are ready volunteer and help with the operations of the team, you are welcome.

Les Cougars de Vankleek Hill vous invitent à l’assemblée générale annuelle qui aura lieu le 2 mai prochain à 19h00 au Le Vieux Chateau de Hawkesbury. L’agenda est comme suit:
• Revue des états financiers de 2018-2019
• Sommaire de l’excellente saison qui vient de se terminer.
• Élection du nouvel exécutif.
Plusieurs positions devront être comblées, incluant celle de président et de directeur. Si vous avez à coeur la survie à long terme de votre équipe de hockey junior communautaire et vous ètes prêt à aider aux opérations, vous ètes les bienvenus.
