Touch a Hobby

Dalkeith…Plus! welcomes the public to its 6th annual “Touch” event. This year’s focus is on pastimes, interests and obsessions and is called “Touch a Hobby”. The event opens Saturday, August 13 at 1 pm, and the show is on until 4:30 pm, rain or shine.

Touch a Hobby includes crafts and collections, puzzles and games, art and artisans, up-cycling and repurposing, bird-watching and woodworking, geneology and jewelry-making and many more leisure activities and passionate pursuits.

Visitors are welcome to browse, discover, discuss, and have fun! Admission is $1 per person.  Donations are always welcome for this volunteer group.

Exhibitors are invited to show, sell, and/or share their passions.  Exhibitors/vendors pay only $1 per-person admission.  Bring your own display tables and fixtures.  Available display spaces are outdoors on sports field.   No pre-registration needed; setup between 10 am and noon.
