The town of Hudson kicked off the holiday season with a festive gathering featuring carols, hot chocolate, sparkling lights, and the community-favourite Santa Claus parade down Main Street.
The annual Night of Lights was held at Town Hall, where young carolers, the Hudson Community Choir, and the illuminated fairy on stilts—Gwendoline—entertained attendees as they awaited the tree lighting and parade.

Hudson Mayor Chloe Hutchison had the honour of flipping the switch, illuminating the Town Hall property and surrounding trees with holiday lights.
Participants were invited to warm up by the fire pits and line Hudson’s streets to catch a glimpse of floats from local businesses and organizations—along with the big and jolly man himself, Santa Claus.
