The Russell County Junior Farmers are celebrating their 75th anniversary with a dance on December 6, 2025, in Embrun.
“It’s Russell County’s anniversary, but we’re hoping to get former Junior Farmers from across Zone One [Eastern Ontario]”, says organizer Wyatt McWilliams of Navan. “We were such a tight knit group and did so many inter-county activities that everybody knew everybody – and now it will be fun to catch up and have a bit of a reunion.”
The dance will be held at the Camille Piche Hall in Embrun from 8 pm to midnight on Saturday, Dec. 6. Tickets are $10 each and can be obtained in advance by emailing [email protected] or purchased at the door. There will be a DJ, light refreshments, and door prizes.
