Do you have a skill, passion, or hobby you would love to share with others? Champlain Library is building its fall and winter program calendar, and we are looking for community members to help lead talks, workshops, or clubs.
In the past, we have had everything from a three-part series on artificial intelligence to a one-off gardening workshop. Maybe you are great with gadgets and could run a drop-in tech help session. Maybe you love painting, sewing, or using a Cricut and could guide a hands-on craft night. Or maybe you have a talent for cooking, photography, or public speaking that you could share in a casual, friendly way.
Your idea does not have to be big, complicated or professional. It could be a single presentation, a short series, or a casual monthly meet-up. Whether it is health and wellness, creative arts, seasonal projects, games, language conversation circles, or something entirely unique, chances are there is someone in the community who would love to learn from you.
If you enjoy something and want to connect with others who share that interest, we would love to hear from you! You can contact us at 613-678-2216, [email protected] or in person at 94 Main Street East in Vankleek Hill.
