The contribution totals $20,000 and will be distributed at a rate of $4,000 per year over five years. The funding forms part of a broader financial package supporting improvements to the facility.
According to Director General Éric Pelletier, the contribution is matched by an identical commitment from the city of Brownsburg-Chatham. Together, the combined funding will support a renovation project at the curling club, with total costs estimated at approximately $200,000.
