Soon the ice will be gone on the Ottawa River and its tributaries, but this river otter still had to walk instead of swimming on Friday, March 13. The Review’s Lysa Martel saw the otter on the ice beside Boulevard du Chenail in Hawkesbury near where the creek enters the river.
