There were rocks on the rink and rock and roll on stage on Saturday, March 7. St. Finnan’s Parish in Alexandria held its annual bonspiel at the Alexandria Curling Club, organized by the Catholic Women’s League and Knights of Columbus Council 10640. Many curlers from Vankleek Hill played in the bonspiel. During the evening, there was fine musical and dance entertainment ranging from Glengarry’s Celtic traditions to covers of classic rock.
