Tuesday, February 17 was Shrove Tuesday or Pancake Tuesday. One of the many places across the region hosting a pancake supper that day was St. John the Apostle Anglican Church in Vankleek Hill. Volunteers were busy at the griddle and on the serving line the entire time.
