Residents of Lachute, Brownsburg-Chatham, Saint-André-d’Argenteuil, and Saint-Placide now have access to their new Ecocentre located on the Tricentris site at 875 chemin Bethany in Lachute. A separate entrance has been built to facilitate access. During the winter, the center will be open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and six days a week starting in April. Upon proof of residence, it will be possible to drop off construction materials such as wood, gypsum, concrete, brick and asphalt, metals and mixed recycling, green waste and branches, tires, electronic devices and refrigerating appliances, as well as household hazardous waste (paint, oil, batteries, aerosols, etc.).
