The Village of Grenville is ready to celebrate its 150th anniversary and has a new logo in time for the occasion.
The Village of Grenville officially unveiled its new logo on Thursday, December 4. The new branding for the village coincided with the launch of celebrations of Grenville’s 150th anniversary throughout 2026.
“The logo we are presenting today is the result of a long process of reflection, conducted in collaboration with the firm Pilon Design. We wanted to highlight what distinguishes our village, our values, and our dynamism, so that everyone can identify with it. This new logo is not just a graphic symbol: it tells our story, represents who we are, and embodies our vision for the future,” said Mayor Pierre Thauvette.
Evidence of colonial settlement at present-day Grenville goes back to 1795, but the village was incorporated in 1876.
