The students of École élémentaire catholique Saint-Grégoire in Vankleek Hill and École élémentaire catholique Curé-Labrosse in Saint-Eugène are inviting the community to participate in their large non-perishable food drive for the Vankleek Hill Food Bank.
Until November 28, between 9 a.m. and 3:45 p.m., the community is invited to drop off their food donations at the following locations:
– École élémentaire catholique Saint-Grégoire : 50 Home Avenue, Vankleek Hill – main entrance
– École élémentaire catholique Curé-Labrosse : 5050 Fatima Street, Saint-Eugène – main entrance
For the past few weeks, students from both schools have been enthusiastically working to collect food donations. To amplify the impact of this wonderful initiative, the schools are now inviting the entire community, including school families, to participate in the food drive. Every donation directly supports local families who will receive food baskets during the winter months.
The official handover will take place on December 1, when students in grades 4, 5, and 6 will walk to the Vankleek Hill Food Bank to deliver the donations. The schools thank in advance all the families and community members who will participate in this drive.
