On Sunday, November 2, 2025, Harrington residents went to the polls for the municipal elections, re-electing Gabrielle Parr as mayor. Several council seats were up for grabs, but most incumbents successfully retained their positions.

In a mayoral rematch against François Filion, Parr won decisively, receiving 65.37 per cent of the vote (336 to 178).

Incumbents Chantal Scapino (Position 1), Robert Dewar (Position 4), and Gerry Clark (Position 6) were re-elected by acclamation.

Incumbent Julie James retained her Position 2 seat, defeating challenger Peter Burkhardt with 371 votes to 134.

Daniel St-Onge, incumbent for Position 3, won re-election with 370 votes, beating France Trudeau, who received 150.

Position 5 saw a three-way contest for the open seat after incumbent Richard Francoeur did not seek re-election. Danny Low emerged victorious with 255 votes, beating Ray Spruzenieks (129 votes) and Gerald Sosontovich (103 votes).
