The work of 23 artists from across Glengarry County is on display in the Big Beaver Schoolhouse at the Glengarry Pioneer Museum until August 31. The Collectif of Glengarry Artists exhibition opened with a vernissage on Saturday, August 9, and features 54 works placed among the setting of the historic schoolhouse.
The exhibition is open during museum hours, which are 10 am to 5 pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
The Collectif is also presenting its Affordable Art $ale at the Glengarry Pioneer Museum on Saturday, August 23.
Original artworks will be priced to appeal. The sale will take place in the pavilion, beside the schoolhouse at the museum.
