Police are investigating a late-night fire at a business in Rockland.
On Monday, July 14, 2025, at approximately 1 a.m., members of the Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a fire at a business on Laurier Street in Rockland. Officers attended the scene along with the Clarence-Rockland Fire Department. The fire was rapidly extinguished but three vehicles and a nearby structure sustained damages because of the blaze. The initial investigation revealed four unknown suspects departing the business on foot at the time of the fire.
