Drinks, BBQ, and live music from local performers entertained attendees at the Maxville edition of Meet Me on Main Street, held on Thursday, July 10, at King George Park.

This was the second of four Meet Me on Main Street events in the Township of North Glengarry scheduled this summer. The next takes place in Alexandria on Thursday, July 24, followed by the final event in Dalkeith on Saturday, August 23.

Local vendors and organizations, including Stonehouse Vineyard and Maxville Manor, contributed to the festive atmosphere, offering regional products and accepting donations for their redevelopment campaign.

The Maxville event drew residents from across North Glengarry, many of whom came to enjoy the BBQ and hear a live performance by The Panoramic, winners of the 2025 Glengarry’s Got Talent. Local headliner, Stewart’s Glen, then followed their performance to close the evening.
