A Lachute man could face charges after the Sûreté du Québec arrested him for allegedly selling alcoholic beverages without a permit.

On Wednesday, July 2, police officers conducted a search of a business. Police seized more than 10 litres of spirits, more than 210 litres of beer, and two litres of wine.

41-year-old man could face charges of selling alcoholic beverages without a permit, for possessing alcoholic beverages with intent to sell on his business premises, where no permit is in force.
