An incident at a party taking place in a Russell Park led to one person being taken to hospital for treatment of their injuries.
On Saturday, June 28 at approximately 10:42 p.m. members of the Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of an incident at the W.E Burton Conservation Area. The investigation revealed that numerous young adults and youths had attended the park for a party. During the party an altercation ensued between two of the individuals. Injuries sustained by one of the individuals required them to be transported to hospital.
