Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigators now believe the disappearance of a Clarence-Rockland resident potentially involves foul play.

The Russell County Detachment began an investigation in mid-March when it was reported that Robert Prevost, age 63, had been missing since early February. He was last seen at his home on Laurier Street, which had been secured by police.

  • 5’6″ (168 cm) tall
  • Thin/slim build
  • Long light brown and grey hair
  • Blue/grey eyes
  • May be wearing a knee-length, light brown winter coat

This investigation is continuing by the Russell County OPP Crime Unit, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
