The Cottage has a new home.
The well-established gift shop has relocated from Vankleek Hill to 127 Main Street in downtown Hawkesbury. Teresa Brown, who has owned The Cottage for 11 years, is excited to have her store at a landmark retail location in the downtown area. The building was once home to the former KW Assaly store.
An official opening of the new location was held on Friday, February 14.
Brown sees the new location of The Cottage as a renaissance for both The Cottage and retail in downtown Hawkesbury. She is looking forward to many more years of serving customers at the new location.
