Photo Usage:
Your captivating photographs will be featured on the covers and throughout the pages of our local tourism publications, used in both print and online marketing campaigns. We’re seeking images that include a local background and people, evoking emotion, telling stories, and showcasing the charm and vibrancy of our region.
Requirements:
We need 5 to 7 photos that reflect the beauty and diversity of Prescott-Russell, celebrating all types of families in local settings.
If selected, here are the final photo requirements:
- Composition: Photos should highlight our region’s scenic beauty and have strong tourism appeal with people interacting in local settings.
- Resolution: Cover photos must be high resolution (300 DPI) to ensure sharp, clear printing.
- File Format: Please submit high-quality JPEG files to preserve image quality.
- File Size: Ensure files are large enough to meet the high-resolution and quality needs for print.
- Copyright & Consent: All photos must be copyright-free, and you must have consent from anyone featured in your images.
How to Submit:
Sample Photos:
- Submit a vertical photo for the Prescott-Russell Visitors Guide cover, plus 5-6 additional complementary images.
Fee Proposal:
We value your work and request a fee proposal for the project. We also offer advertising space in the magazine as an alternative to a fee.
Photographer Credit:
You’ll be credited and recognized within our publications for your outstanding contribution.

Selection Process:
We’ll carefully review all submissions and notify the chosen photographer by November 22, 2024.
