Plant sale for nature society in Vankleek Hill

Prime gardening season has been happening lately and the Vankleek Hill and District Nature Society was raising funds and giving local gardeners something to plant on Thursday, May 23.

Society members were set up on Main Street for the society’s Spring Plant Fundraiser Sale which offered plants for fruits and vegetables, annual and perennial flowers, small conifer trees, along with birdhouses and other nature-related items.
