Enjoy some singing this spring!

The Ensemble vocal Hémiole will present its spring concert on May 28 at 7:30 p.m., under the direction of Marjolaine Daneault at Margaret Rodger Presbyterian Church on rue Principale in Lachute. The ensemble will be accompanied by Anne-Marie Denoncourt on piano, Julie Lambert on clarinet and François Préfontaine on double bass. The women’s choir is made up of 18 choristers from the Argenteuil region.

The repertoire for the concert reflects dance across eras and cultures: ancient songs or traditional, modern standards, film music, various authors and composers (Cohen, Nougaro, Piazzolla, Vigneault), in French or English, in Arabic or in German, and even Huron-Wendat, there is something for everyone!

Tickets for the Ensemble vocal Hémiole spring concert are $25 each from ensemble members or online at lepointdevente.com. Tickets at the door on May 28 are $30 each. Admission is free for ages 12 and under.
