Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are looking for two individuals of interest connected with an incident at a business in Embrun.
On March 23 at around 4:05 a.m., officers responded to an alarm activation at the M&M Food Market at 953 Notre-Dame Street in Embrun. Upon arrival, officers discovered significant damage to the windows of the store.
Subsequent retrieval of closed-circuit television (CCTV footage) from the premises revealed the presence of two individuals of interest. These individuals, taking turns wielding a baseball bat, were smashing the windows.
Russell County OPP are now reaching out to the community for any assistance that may lead to the identification of these individuals.
Person of interest #1 was observed wearing a black puffy bomber-style jacket, a light-colored hoodie, a baseball cap, white and black Nike shoes, and what appeared to be a medical mask.
Meanwhile, person of interest #2 was attired in a light-colored hoodie and black shoes.
