Garrah said he has played the lottery on and off for about 20 years and this is his biggest win. “I was in the kitchen waiting for my wife to go out when I checked my ticket on the OLG app and I was in disbelief,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his windfall.
The father of two told his daughter, wife, and coworkers about his win – they were all in shock and very happy for Kevin. “It feels good to be a winner!”
Kevin plans to put his win toward bills.
