The six councillors and mayor of Hawkesbury were paid $194,802 in 2023.
Hawkesbury Mayor Robert Lefebvre was paid $47,907.34 and received $480 for expenses. Lefebvre also served on the Police Service Board and was paid $3,144 and $162.28 in expenses for fulfilling this role.
Hawkesbury councillors André Chamaillard, Antonios Tsourounakis, Yves Paquette, Raymond Campbell, Jeanne Charlebois and Julie Séguin were each paid $23,771.46 as well as $480 for expenses. Antonios Tsourounakis received an additional $450 for attending other meetings.
Additional Police Service Board costs included $2,350.14 paid to Jacques Quesnel, $4,000 paid to Lynn Lemay Sabourin and $2,350.14 paid to Michel Lalonde, who also received $1,224.06.
Members of the Minor Variance Committee were Jonathan Prevost (he received $225), Michel Rozon ($225) and Gilles Tessier ($225).
Members of the Hawkesbury Library Board were each paid $1,152.94, for a total of $6,187.48. Library board members include: Marie-Josée Joly, Julie Séguin, Yvon Léonard, Gilles Roch Greffe and Jean-Jacques Poulin.
The Hawkesbury Hydro Commission board members were paid $2,000 each, meaning a total of $10,000 was paid to members. Hawkesbury Hydro Commission board members were: Pierre Gauthier, Lawrence Bogue, André Chamaillard, Diane Thauvette and Yves Paquette.
