Load restrictions have been lifted on a bridge in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge.

The Ministère des transports du Québec has completed the replacement of the bridge deck on the rivière du Calumet Est bridge on Concession Boyd. This means the structure is no longer subject to any restrictions and can accept loads already permitted within normal road regulations.

Before the work was performed on the bridge, the load limits on the bridge were 18 tonnes for a single unit truck (straight truck), 28 tonnes for a two-unit vehicle (semi-trailer truck) and to 36 tonnes for a vehicle of three units (road train).
