A St-Polycarpe man is facing a charge of second-degree murder in connection with a fatal collision on Autoroute 50 in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge in 2019.
On November 9, the crimes against persons investigation service of the Sûreté du Québec proceeded to arrest of 33-year-old Jano Vincent.
The suspect was to make a court appearance in St-Jérôme on November 10.
On October 6, 2019, the accused was allegedly involved in a head-on collision on Autoroute 50. Police allege that Vincent’s driving maneuvers resulted in the death of a 59-year-old man from Mirabel.
