All The Light We Cannot See, by Anthony Doerr

All The Light We Cannot See is a book that you won’t be able to put down – you will want to know more and you will miss the main characters once you have finished it.

Although the story is set during the Second World War, the main characters have so much ‘light’ within them. This book will make you weep and as the tears fall down your cheeks, you will also be smiling.

This is a story about the resilience of the human heart; about love and fate. It is so well written that you will feel overwhelmed by emotions, feel what the characters are feeling and silently cheer them on while you read.

The writing is like velvet and it is really a novel to savor. I have been reading my entire life and All the Light we cannot see is definitely one of the BEST books I have ever read!

Here are a few more comments for the book All The Light We Cannot See.

Although it is also historical, it is so finely written, that you can actually feel what the main characters feel.

Long after you finished this stunning story, you sort of miss the characters, you would like to still be with them and feel what they felt.
