More than 50 antique and classic cars turned out for the Hawkesbury Auto Club’s fundraiser at Asselin – Your Independent Grocer on Wednesday evening, July 27, to raise funds for the Hawkesbury Central Food Bank.
The event raised $783 for the Hawkesbury Central Food Bank, thanks to the sale of $2 hot dogs from the generous donation of food items such as hot dogs and buns from Asselin – Your Independent Grocer. The club also thanked LouTec for providing the barbecue and generator.
Hawkesbury Auto Club President Pat Denis offered a shout out to the club’s members and volunteers who make all the group’s events possible.
