The Vankleek Hill Cougars Junior C club saw its home winning streak stopped at two games, as the team dropped a close 5-4 decision to the league leading Clarence Castors last Saturday, October 16.

Julien Bercier, Justin Chaumont, Bendan Easterbrook and Simon Levac scored for Vankleek Hill in the defeat, as the team’s record fell to two wins and three losses on the season.

The Cougars will try to get back on the winning track at home this Saturday, October 23, as they face the South Grenville Rangers. Start time at the Vankleek Hill Arena is 7:20 p.m.

On Sunday, October 24, the Cougars are again at home, as they face the North Dundas Rockets in an afternoon game beginning at 4:20 p.m.
