On Saturday, July 14, 2021, at approximately 12:00 p.m., a Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer responded to a mischief complaint at a high school in Rockland.

Two youths and an adult were recorded on video damaging school property.

Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying a person of interest, with the following descriptions:

  • Caucasian
  • Between 177 cms (5’10”) and 185 cms (6’1″)
  • Between 20 and 30 years of age
  • Medium build
  • Wearing a black hoodie, dark coloured pants, a red ball cap and dark coloured shoes
  • Brown short hair
  • Brown full beard

The photos of the two youths cannot be released under terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).
