The Arbor Gallery Cultural Center has once again reopened its doors. The gallery is presenting the ‘Love of the Land’ show by Rockland, Ontario, artist Christine Lenoir-Godin, beginning on Wednesday, August 4.

On Sunday, August 8,  the Vankleek Hill gallery will hold an artist ‘meet and greet’ outdoors, where art lovers can chat with Lenoir-Godin. The event will be followed by an ‘After Glow’ celebration at the Windsor Tavern.

The Arbor Gallery is also holding a fundraising concert at the Windsor Tavern on Saturday, August 7, featuring Vankleek Hill classic-rock band 50 PROOF. The 4-7 p.m. performance will see the band play acoustic versions of classic rock, country and folk songs.

Tickets for the evening are $10 and are available at the Arbor Gallery, the Windsor Tavern, or via email through [email protected]. The band’s members are donating their time for the evening, so all ticket proceeds will go to the gallery.

Visiting hours at the Arbor Gallery are from Wednesday to Sunday, noon to 4 pm. The gallery has updated its shop and created a new craft room. All COVID-19 safety measures are in place, according to guidelines provided by the Eastern Ontario Health Unit
