To The Editor,
To those who took the thought and effort to respond to my question: What happened to freedom?, I say thank you. The input is appreciated.
If, as the letter writers imply, freedom still exists – when all liberties which were not long ago taken for granted but now are strictly controlled are returned; I will admit error.
Meanwhile: Businesses are arbitrarily closed. Police patrol school yards. Private homes are invaded at the word of a snitch (which is encouraged), and people face serious medical troubles with no hand to hold; used as examples. All for the greater good. Freedom, it appears, is relative to individual point of view.
