Officers from the Russell County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a collision involving a commercial vehicle and cyclist.
It happened on April 8, 2020 shortly before 5:30 a.m. on St. Albert Road East, between Routes 900 East and 800, near Casselman. A 21-year-old male was transported by ambulance to an Ottawa Hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
An OPP Technical Collision Investigator is assisting Russell County officers with the investigation.
