On Sunday, April 5, 2020, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a missing person who had not been seen since Friday, April 3, 2020, at 7:30 p.m..

The OPP is concerned for the well-being of Mr. Thierry SAINT-DENIS, 48 years old, of Casselman.

The investigation remains ongoing with officers of the Russell County OPP.

Assistance is being sought from the public in locating the missing male, who is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Height: 170 cms (5’7″)
  • Weight: 68 kg (150 lbs)
  • Athletic build
  • Brown buzz cut hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Short growth of facial hair
  • Wearing blue jeans, a blue spring jacket and brown side-zip boots.
