Kids are invited to make a paper snowman from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 8 at the Champlain Carnival. This free event will be hosted by the Champlain Library and will take place upstairs in the reception hall of the Vankleek Hill Community Centre.
There will also be a chance to win the movie “Abominable” simply by presenting your library card at the craft event or by visiting the library at 94 Main Street in Vankleek Hill. The draw will be held at 2 p.m. on February 8 after the craft event.
